Job Description: As a Technical Trainer you will handle batches of technical aspirants to train them to meet the requirements of Redhat certification course on Linux
- The job involves cross training of resources on various Networking Domains.
- Conduct classroom and individual training, which includes live troubleshooting exercises.
- Prepare test mechanisms for evaluation of training effectiveness and administer various online/off-line tests.
- Be innovative and flexible in adopting an approach and take full responsibility for the learning of technical support engineers.
- Be accountable at the end of the training to measure overall effectiveness and make changes whenever and wherever necessary.
Soft Skills
- The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- He should articulate course contents to train resources.
- He should have a passion towards teaching technology.
- A mature professional who can interact with a large audience at ease.
The following are essential
- More than 2 years experience in configuration and troubleshooting high-end networks.
- Sound fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of Networking Concepts
- Debugging hardware & software system level problems in a multi-vendor multi-protocol network environment
Technical Skill set
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE- Linux)
- 2 to 4 Years of Administration / Support Experience with in-depth knowledge on Administration, Scripting and Troubleshooting.
- Basic Knowledge on Networking LAN / WAN.
- Knowledge on OOPS concepts / java and Database systems will be desirable.
Additional skills
- Prior experience Handling training batches in Networking Fundamentals, Advanced switching & routing, WAN, Security, and Wireless technologies/ Linux will be an added advantage.
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCNP, CCIE (Q), CWNA, CISSP, Juniper, RHCE certifications would be an advantage.
